Solrun Hjelleflat brings more than 30 years of experience in international business, leadership and tourism development. Her career includes senior roles at Norsk Hydro and Yara International (1990–2011), followed by ten years as CEO of Norway’s Best (2011–2021), where she led the development of Flåm into one of Norway’s leading international tourism destinations.
Since 2021, she has focused on strategic tourism and hospitality development, including Arctic Train, The Golden Train and new premium travel concepts in Scandinavia.
