Year-round mountain resort, Troms
A planned year-round resort beside one of Northern Norway’s most visited natural attractions, around 80 minutes from Tromsø Airport. Demand across three seasons: northern lights, ski touring and midnight sun. Currently in the zoning and planning phase.
Boutique hotel, Vesterålen
A 28-key boutique hotel designed by a leading Norwegian architecture practice, set on the harbour of a historic fishing village framed by mountains and open sea. In development.
Boutique hotel, Tromsø
A 40-key wellness boutique hotel 30 minutes from Tromsø Airport where every room faces the sea, designed around the changing Arctic light. In development.
Floating wellness hotels
A fleet of 16–20 key floating hotels built around ocean wellness, with a sauna that drifts out to open water and back. Designed in partnership with an internationally renowned designer. Concept under development.
Luxury hospitality & adventure concept
A premium Pan-Scandinavian journey combining exclusive accommodation with curated experiences and extraordinary adventures across Scandinavia and into the Arctic. Concept under development.
Boutique hotel development, Western Norway
A premium waterfront boutique hotel combining wellness, local gastronomy and curated experiences in the fjord region of Western Norway, inspired by local traditions and cultural heritage. Concept under development.

A 100+ key hotel overlooking the Altafjord. Conversion of an existing operation. Zoning adjustment underway.
