Karianne Hartley Asp is Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Arctic Circle Equity, based in Oslo. Karianne brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, structured finance, project finance and M&A.
Karianne has held senior positions at SEB, both in merchant and investment banking, and served as Senior Vice President at Statkraft, responsible for the company’s project finance area. Karianne was also a partner in Puro AS, co-founder of Stiftelsen Yoga for livet, and is owner and partner in Hartley Ventures AS.
